Shipping

We only ship within the United States. Hope to expand soon!

Some items take longer to ship due to being more labor intensive than others. Normal shipping time will be 7-10 business days, most of the time sooner! If an item will take longer than that, the time to ship will be in the description of the product!

You will receive an email with tracking, if you don't see it check your junk/spam folder. If you still don't see it, reach out by emailing hello@craftedbydottie.com and I will get you your tracking information!

Returns

I do not accept returns due to the nature of the product, BUT if there is an issue with your product please email me at hello@craftedbydottie.com. Please keep all packaging material until we find a solution. Please note: if the error was on my part I will pay for return shipping as well as shipping of the new item. If the error was on your part, i.e. providing the wrong information, not checking the proof thoroughly, then you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please make sure to double check information you provide as well as the proof.

Due to the nature of the items I sell and make, exchanges are not accepted.

Acrylic can break or scratch which can make it sharp, this in not intended as a toy. Please make sure your kiddos have adult supervision while using. And with the markers, we all know that they say they're dry erase, but not everything erases. Please make sure you do not leave your kiddos unattended with the maker. I am not liable for anything they mark with the markers.

I do not do local pickup. I run this business out of a small office in my home. For mine and my family's safety, all orders are shipped. Thanks for understanding!
